Spring Has Sprung Kids Color Run

Location: 3rd Ave. and 40th St.
Youth Sports and Fitness is hosting a Kids Color Run on March 26th. Wear a white shirt and meet us at the track next to the Exchange (3rd Ave. and 40th St.) at 9:30am. This family fun event will bring lots of laughs and memories for the whole family.
Training Tips:
●Remember to stretch before and after you run
●Practice Pacing
●Start slow with age-appropriate distances
●Make it FUN
●Try running games
