To obtain your Automated Installation Entry (AIE), follow these steps:

Visit any MWR Facility during normal business hours and ask for a Driver's Consent Form.

After completing sections 1-12, present the form to the manager on site for review and signature.

A Facility Staff Member will upload the completed form and two forms of identification (driver's license, Social Security card and/or Passport) to https://safe.apps.mil/.
