Property Turn In

TSS Service Requests
To ensure your issue is addressed timely, all Service Requests should be submitted using the steps below.

Click the "Email Form" button below. Attach your completed form to the email and send.
Email FormOnce your service order is issued a DMO or tracking number, you will be sent a copy of the annotated Service Request. You must print and file it with your location's Service Request Book. TSS cannot check the status of on-going Service Request without the location providing the DMO/tracking number. If there is a building emergency and computer access is out, please call TSS at +1 (706)791-2887.

Guidance for NIPR access (Computer account)_Email:
- All employees need to wait 24 after they get their CAC to allow the CAC information to sync to other databases.
***** Wait 24 hours after receiving CAC. ***** - Log into profile at IDCO: https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco
- Click on either the CIV, NAF or CTR tab and fill out the missing information.
- Duty organization, sub organization, duty location, office symbol, duty address and duty phone number.
- This information will also show up in the Global Address Book.
- After this information has been filled out the employee needs to wait another 24 hours for the information to sync with other data bases.
Doing all the above is needed for the employee ICAM/EAMS-A profile to be auto-created. This usually take 3 to 5 days for the profile to auto-create (if the system is working as it should).
The employee can log into their ICAM/EAMS-A by going to https://icamportal.us.army.mil.
Once they can log into their ICAM/EAMS-A profile, they can access other websites that redirects to EAMS-A.
- If you are having issues with ICAM/EAMS-A you will need to contact AESD-W. You can do this by clicking the ASITv2 icon on your desktop and clicking Self Help, submit a ticket or calling Phone: +1 (866)335-2769.
- Employees need an ICAM/EAMS profile to log into the training websites including ATCTS.
If the employee needs computer access, see the following information:

Create a profile in ATCTS https://atc.us.army.mil.

Go to https://cs.signal.army.mil; take the Cyber Awareness and sign the Army IT User Agreement (AITUA).

The request for the user’s email to be provisioned will be done after the user’s DD2875 has been signed by security.

After the email has been provisioned it take 8 to 24 hours before they can access their email. They should be able to use the web browser and by going to https://webmail.apps.mil

Once the employee has a NIPR account the employee will be able to use the Microsoft Outlook app for emails.

Acceptable Use Policy at Fort Eisenhower (AUP)
Description: Annual Training required to receive access to government computers and intranet. The most recent AUP and any updates of the AUP will be emailed to all current computer users by a member of MIS.
Frequency: Annual
Log In Method/Accessibility: None for the site. Once you log into the computer with a CAC, you can access it. No user name or password required. You do HAVE to be on a military machine. You cannot access from non-military machines.
Special Instructions: The AUP has to be uploaded to ATCTS.

DoD Cyber Awareness Training
Description: The objectives of this training are listed as follows. Affect physical security of computer hardware and software. Limit access to computer equipment to authorized users only. Prevent computer fraud, waste and abuse. Implement effective contingency planning. Report security problems to the chain of command. Protect computer files from infection by malicious logic.
Frequency: Annual
Log In Method/Accessibility: CAC login to receive credit. Accessible from any computer.
Special Instructions: All personnel must successfully complete the training and the end of course test to receive full credit. To meet Army requirements, all personnel must complete the training and score 70% or greater on the Cyber Awareness Challenge test. One certificate will be generated upon successful completion of the training and test. This certificate will have the SIT Director's signature printed on it.
The certificate will auto upload into ATCTS with 48 hours of taking the exam.

WNSF - Personally Identifiable Information (PII) v2.0
Description: This course explains how to identify and safeguard Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). The training includes information on the legal requirements for protecting PII and PHI, organizations' and individuals' responsibilities, and penalties for misusing PII and PHI.
This course consists of one flash training with knowledge checks, and a final test which must be completed to receive the Certificate of Training for the course. The course can typically be completed in 2 hours or less.
Frequency: Annual
Log In Method/Accessibility: CAC login to receive credit. Accessible from any computer.
Special Instructions: If the website is displaying a blank page, click on tools at the top of your browser, click on compatibility view setting, click on 'army.mil' located under 'Websites you've added to Compatibility View', click remove, and click 'close' to close compatibility view setting. The webpage will refresh, and you will be able to log into your profile to take the training and test. The certificate will auto upload into ATCTS with 48 hours of taking the test, the certificate will be sign by the Cybersecurity Directorate, CIO/G6.

Army Accident Avoidance Course (AAAC)
Description: An Army Accident Avoidance course is an online course that all personnel who drive Army vehicles are required to complete. This course provides safety information and tests the driving knowledge of Army personnel.
Frequency: Initial, then every 4 years

Anti-terrorism (AT) Level 1 Awareness Training
Description: The purpose of this training is to increase your awareness of terrorism and to improve your ability to apply personal protective measures. It also provides links to resources you can use in the future.

Combating Trafficking in Persons Awareness (CTIP)
Description: This training deals frankly and candidly with the realities of trafficking in persons (TIP), which capitalizes on human misery and exploitation. To some people, being exposed to the details about trafficking in persons (TIP) may be considered distasteful. This TIP training addresses what some may see as an upsetting look at the realities of the problem. For all, that is the nature of the problem. This training is intended to increase everyone's awareness of that issue and to help serve to end it.

Ethics Training
Description: The purpose of Ethics Training is "to enable employees to identify and deal with ethical problems developing their moral intuitions, which are implicit in everyday choices and actions.
Frequency: Initial then annual
Log In Method/Accessibility: CAC Login. Initial is online, annual is face to face. Accessible from any computer.
Special Instructions: Log in using CAC. On the "Welcome" page select "I am NOT an Army Secretariat Employee. I understand I must print my training completion certificate and provide it to my local Ethics Counsel to obtain credit for completing this training" option and select "continue". Click the next button to move forward through the briefing. Click back button to go back to the previous slide. Upon completion, click the 'Submit Certificate link' to print out a completion certificate. Please complete this training in one sitting, because your progress will not be saved.

Equal Opportunity, Anti-Harassment and No Fear
Description: Understand and know rights and remedies employees have under Federal anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and whistle-blower protection laws.
Frequency: Annual - two courses - one for supervisors, one for non-supervisors.
Log In Method/Accessibility: Login with CAC to register for course on ATRRS. Accessible from any computer.
Special Instructions: Select course catalog button on right side of the ATRRS page. Type "No Fear" into course title search box then press enter. Select "EEO Anti-Harassment & No Fear-Non Supervisor" or "Supervisor" link. Select register. Agree to the privacy and security page. Log into the ATRRS using CAC. Fill out the application and submit application. You will receive an email containing instructions for the training. It takes approximately 24 hours from time of registration to access the course. Click through 61 slides and complete knowledge checks. No final exam, print certificate.

Operations Security (OPSEC)
Description: This is an interactive web-based course that provides OPSEC awareness for military members, government employees, contractors and dependents. The course provides information on the basic need to protect unclassified information about operations and personal information to ensure safe and successful operations and personal safety.

Risk Management
Description: Risk Management is the process of identifying, assessing, and controlling risks arising from operational factors and making decisions that balance risk cost with mission benefits. The Army uses risk management (RM) to help maintain combat power while ensuring mission accomplishment in current and future operations. RM applies to both operations and to nonoperational activities.

Sexual Harassment/Assault Response & Prevention (SHARP) Online Training

Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP)
Description: Threat awareness and education training is designed to ensure that DA personnel recognize and report incidents and indicators of attempted or actual espionage, subversion, sabotage, terrorism or extremist activities directed against the Army and its personnel, facilities, resources, and activities; indicators of potential terrorist associated insider threats; illegal diversion of military technology; unauthorized intrusions into automated information systems; unauthorized disclosure of classified information; and indicators of other incidents that may indicate foreign intelligence or international terrorism targeting of the Army.
Frequency: Annual – Face-to-Face (1 hour) – typically offered twice a month.
