The Information, Referral and Follow-Up Office offers free resources for service members and their families by providing contacts on the Fort Eisenhower Installation and for those in the local community, as well as completing social service intakes to assess client needs, makes internal and external referrals and follow-ups to ensure customers received satisfactory services.
