Virtual support program for new parents to share the joys and challenges of being a first time parent. Registration required.

Play Morning Group:
A fun-filled and interactive meet-up for parents and children. Activities in the play group help children improve their social, cognitive, and motor skills. Open to 0-3 age group. Registration required.

Chat & Stroll Group:
Bring your babies and toddlers and join us for some light exercise, sunshine, and chat time with other parents.

The Fort Eisenhower New Parent Support Program (NPSP) helps soldiers and family members who are expecting a child or have children up to 3 years of age, build strong, resilient families. Through a variety of supportive services including home visits, support groups, classes, and family bonding events, the NPSP offers support and guidance by helping parents:
The mission of NPSP is to prevent child abuse and neglect. We work toward that mission by offering programing that helps to build strong, healthy, connected and stable military families.
NPSP is not just for "new" parents. Our core services are available for expectant parents and parents with young children. Our program can be used by active duty members of any branch of service, rank, income or educational background.
NPSP staff consist of registered nurses and licensed clinical social workers who provide individualized assistance for prenatal parents and families with new infants and young children. We can meet with you in your home, virtually, in the office or any other place you feel comfortable
