For registration, the below is needed:
Name of the team
Name of Team Captain and his/her email and phone number
Name of each player
Unit and phone number of each player
S1 emergency contact of each player
Team colors
There are no registration fees for participation. Units must download and complete the forms and send to the POC. All completed forms will be sent to POC or hand carried to the event.
