The Cardio Blast class is perfect for all fitness levels! A combination of upbeat music with a variety of cardio exercises will get you moving and energized. Short recovery periods will keep your heart rate soaring. This class is challenging but incredibly rewarding. Modifications are offered, but come prepared to work hard!
