EFMP SCOR/Appointment Organizational Workshop

EFMP will be putting on a Planning and Organization Workshop for all parents and siblings of exceptional family members! Planners and an SCOR Organizational Record Binder will be provided for each EFMP Family.
The first hour will be an Embrace your Inner Planner workshop.
The second hour will be a Special Care Organizational Record for Children with Special Needs workshop.
Childcare is available, but ONLY if your children are registered with Child & Youth Services (CYS). Call for CYS registration information at 706-791-4455. Children must be signed up for childcare by Friday, September 6th.
