Braised Boneless Short Ribs in a red wine brown gravy
Chicken Cordon Bleu topped with white cream sauce
Rustic Red skin mashed Potatoes with butter and chives
Grilled Asparagus with a balsamic glaze
Yeast rolls with infused honey butter
Heart Shaped Red Velvet Cake with chocolate covered strawberries

Order before February 5th and get a FREE Bottle of Champagne or Sparkling Cider!
Pick-up is from 4pm - 6pm on February 13th at Gordon's Conference & Catering (Deadline for registration is 1:00pm on February 10th.
Delivery available on post for $10 and will be delivered during that time frame.
