If you love horses are much as we do, then we have the perfect place for you to visit!

Hilltop Riding Stable offers more than 250 stunning acres of trails for horseback riders. Lessons are offered for beginners to advanced riders. Pony rides and organized trail rides for groups are also conducted. Included in Hilltop's annual calendar are summer and holiday youth horse camps, lakeside trail rides, riding lessons and education sessions. Hilltop Riding Stable offers recreational activities, business opportunities, private functions, birthday parties and a destination for leisurely family pursuits.

Reservations are only made on Wednesday to Friday with a 24 hour in advance notice. There are no reservations on the weekends unless there are at least 6 riders in a group. Trail rides on the weekends are first come first serve; be there at least 45 minutes prior to whatever ride you would like to go on.

Trail ride costs (For 1 hour trail rides):
E5 and below:  $37
E6 and above, DOD, RET:  $42
Civilian:  $47

Weekday Ride times:
Winter hours weekday rides:  11 a.m.
Wednesday-Friday: 11 a.m. with reservation 24 hours in advance
(Up to 7 riders)

Weekend ride times (one hour rides):
Saturday: 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Note: Closed toe shoes are required while riding or leading horses and ponies. Patrons may supply their own riding/bike helmet. Tandem riding is not permitted. This facility closes for inclement weather with no notice (101F). A notice will be placed on the gates and all reservations will be called. Sponsored ID is required for military, DoD civilians and retirees. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult on trail rides.
