Join Nelson Fitness Center and SSG Travaas Warren for a midday Health and Nutrition Session.

SSG Warren will discuss the importance and the proper amount of sleep, exercise, and nutrition one needs to maintain a healthy productive body; how to lose fat, gain muscle and/or tone your muscles. Also discussed will be how new moms can lose the baby weight or how to feel great in the body they’re in.

SSG Warren is a certified personal trainer, a Glute Specialist, Nutritionist, Certified Body Builder, CPR Certified and a Master Fitness Trainer.
