Memorial Day "Murph"

Held annually across the world, the MURPH is a CrossFit workout in honor of LT. Michael P. Murphy and all others who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

The workout consists of:
1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
And ends with another one-mile run

Men wear a 25 lb. vest and females will wear a 14 lb. vest. Scaling options will be provided for different skill levels. Participants should bring their own vest if they plan to use one.

Be sure to come hydrated and bring plenty of water if you plan to accept the challenge!
