In this OPOC training session, learn the tools necessary to assume the role. Installation Organizational Points of Contact (OPOC) are required to have this mandatory training before assuming the role. VMIS registration is required to perform this duty for your company or organization. The OPOC responsibility is critical to providing to the needs of the Volunteer Program.
