Are you pregnant and not sure what to expect after birth?
The New Parent Support Program is hosting a Postpartum Planning Class which will cover what to expect physically after birth, emotional wellness, postpartum nutrition, sleep, postpartum planning, strategies for self-care, and tips to maintain a healthy relationship with your newborn and partner.
