Join Angie for a Dance Fit Master Class featuring different styles of dance exercises including Latin, Hip Hop, Line, Dance Hall, and Soca dancing. All are high energy dances to help you burn calories. Who knew exercising could be so fun?

The dance exercise class is for beginners and those more experienced who want to get moving and have fun while sweating! The class is a judgement free zone, so come and get your boogie on while decreasing stress, improving mobility and endurance, meeting new people, and having a good time.

The class is free to attend, so bring yourself and a friend. Please wear proper gym attire when attending.
