Cameras and Recorders
Play leasing requirements and theatre policy prohibit the use of cameras or recording devices during performances.
Children
As a courtesy to our actors/actresses and patrons, children under the age of 7 (including infants) are not eligible to attend Presidential Dinner Theatre performances unless specifically designated in our publicity for a particular youth-oriented production.
Hearing Devices
We have assisted listening devices that can be used free of charge during the show. A driver’s license or credit card will be required as security for using the hearing device and, will be stored in a sealed envelope in a secure lock box in the box office. Upon returning the hearing device, the driver’s license or credit card will be returned.
Outside Food and Drinks
We offer an outstanding food and beverage menu. Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or alcohol into the theatre facility.
Seating
All seats are reserved, except for the occasional walk-in. Please call the Box Office to make your reservations. On show night, please enter the front doors into the lobby and turn to your right. You will see the Will-Call location, manned by our friendly staff.
When you identify the name of your party, one of our volunteer hosts will escort you to your assigned seat.
As in most nightclubs and dinner theatres, we are not able to offer every party a table of their own.
As a general rule, parties of 1, 2 or 3 are seated with other guests at a table that accommodates 4 or 5.
Most of our guests find that this is a nice opportunity to meet new people and enjoy the show together.
Parties of 5 or more generally receive seating reserved for their party only.
Smoking
Our theatre is a non-smoking facility. There is a designated smoking area on the front porch.
Wheelchair Access
A wheelchair ramp to the front porch of the theatre is located on the left side of the main entrance. The top level of the auditorium is designated for wheelchair access. Please note this requirement when you make your reservation.
